Hi, and a very warm welcome
I create artwork that brings peace, healing, and love into the spaces we inhabit. My journey began as a Reiki Master, where I realized that the energy I work with could flow into art reaching far beyond hands-on healing sessions. Many of my clients would remark on how calm and peaceful my home felt, and they wished to bring that same energy into their own spaces.
Healing comes in many forms, and for centuries, art has been used to inspire calmness, balance, and wellbeing. This inspired me to create art with a purpose: to bring healing, love, and harmony into the lives of those who experience it.
How Reiki Energy is infused into my artwork
Each piece begins with the same intention and care as a Reiki session. I set up my space, ground myself, and connect deeply with the divine. I focus a clear intention: to infuse the artwork with healing, love, and abundance.
From preparing the paint to choosing colours, symbols, and sizes, Reiki energy flows into every step. This process is meditative, joyful, and deeply fulfilling and I hope that energy reaches everyone who encounters the artwork.
The meaning of the cells and symbols
One of my favorite elements is creating cells. I call them the “cells of living life,” as they remind me of the flow and gift of life itself. The colours and patterns are inspired by nature and Mother Earth’s energy, creating harmony and balance.
Symbols have been used for centuries to convey meaning without words. I was inspired by Zibu: The Power of Angelic Symbology and ancient Celtic symbols, which I incorporate to infuse each piece with divine energy and intention. Layering paint gives depth, dimension, and flow, creating artwork that evolves in meaning depending on the light and perspective.
The energy in the artwork
The energy in my artwork is alive. Each symbol, the flowing movement of colour, and the formation of the cells gives every piece intense depth and vibrant energy. It is a force that flows from the heart, connecting to the divine, and invites the viewer to pause, breathe, and feel.
This energy encourages you to move forward to open, and to express yourself. Even in silence, the artwork speaks, a quiet, powerful presence that inspires healing, love, and creativity. It is more than just a visual experience; it is a connection, a reminder of the vitality and beauty within life itself.
Experiencing the artwork
I invite you to explore each piece through the guided meditation on the Home page. Sit with the art, observe its colours and symbols, and allow the energy to fill your mind and heart. The artwork is meant to bring healing, calm, and inspiration into your life — one piece, one moment, one connection at a time.
With love & Blessings,
Mary

The Healing Power of Art
Art Lowers Anxiety and Stress
Simply looking at art can be calming and healing. It gives your mind a gentle pause, helping to ease tension and bring peace.
Art Generates New Solutions
The more you engage with art, the more ideas reveal themselves. Whether the artwork is simple or complex, taking time to observe and reflect allows new perspectives and possibilities to emerge.
Art as Therapy
Both creating and viewing art can be therapeutic. Psychologist Cathy Malchiodi writes in The Art Therapy Sourcebook that art therapy is “a modality for self-understanding, emotional change, and personal growth.” Art helps quiet negative or distracting thoughts, while engaging the hands, body, and mind in a calming, creative process.
Art Helps Us Navigate Difficult Emotions
Art gives us a safe way to express feelings and emotions that may be hard to put into words.
Art Creates Safe, Meditative Spaces
Art allows us to build environments of relaxation, imagination, and wellbeing — spaces where the mind can breathe and the spirit can flourish.
